• FRAME - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
  The frame is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

• SPRINGS - FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY:
  The spring units of Albany products are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for five years.

• RECLINER MECHANISM - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
  Albany Industries Warranty covers the patented parts of the mechanism/electrical components against manufacturing and material defects for the useful life of the product when used in a normal manner. This warranty is provided to the original consumer purchaser only. The term “Limited” means the warranty does not cover neglect, accident, fire, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, unauthorized repairs or alterations, abuse, misuse, or normal wear from use.

• LEATHER - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
  Albany Industries offers a 1 Year Leather Warranty from the date of original purchase. Since leather is a result of nature, no two pieces of leather are alike and as such, they have natural markings and grain variations which are not considered defects. The leather warranty will be voided if evidence is found of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse or where the leather has had a chemical treatment applied by the retail dealer or the customer.

• CUSHIONS - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
  The seat cushioning filling materials are warranted against defective materials for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. With normal use softening will occur. Softening is not considered a manufacturing defect under this warranty.

• FABRICS - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
  Albany Industries offers a 1 Year Fabric Warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers Seam Failure, Fabric Separation and Nap Loss. The Warranty is limited to the repair or replacements of defective fabric only. Improper cleaning or chemical treatment invalidates this warranty. The fabric warranty does not cover pilling, fading or shrinkage.
