We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Very basic item, a bit expensive for what it is. well packaged for shipping and easy to put together.

Very easy to assemble and the color is true to the picture. My only concern is that the finish could have been a little better applied to the wood. It was spotty in places.
